The present invention describes the use of an agent endowed with tumourtropism in combination with another agent with anticancer activity and with anaffinity for the first agent for the preparation of a medicament useful forthe two-step perioperative therapy of solid tumours. The advantages of thepresent invention consist in the greater, effective localisation of itsanticancer activity, in the reduction of the number of administration stepsand in the possibility of reducing the anticancer doses, with a resultingdecrease in side effects, but without any loss of efficacy.
