Introduced are methods and systems for an adjustable bed frame. The adjustable bed frame comprises a plurality of adjustable sections, where each section can be adjusted independently. The adjustable bed frame is coupled to a processor configured to: gather biological signals associated with multiple users, such as heart rate, breathing rate, or temperature； analyze the gathered human biological signals； and adjust the position of the sections associated with the adjustable bed frame, based on the analysis.
