PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily absorbing hydrogen in a body, and to enhance a health-promoting effect by hydrogen.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydrogen supply system for supplying hydrogen gas, hydrogen-mixed mist in which hydrogen and mist and/or air are mixed, hydrogen/air-mixed gas, or hydrogen/mist/air-mixed gas. An inhalation mask is connected to an outlet part of the hydrogen supply system. The mouth and/or the nose are put on the inhalation mask so that the hydrogen, the hydrogen-mixed mist, the hydrogen/air-mixed gas, or the hydrogen/mist/air-mixed gas can be inhaled through the mouth and/or the nose. Also, a hair cap is attached to the outlet part of the hydrogen supply system so that hydrogen, etc. can be supplied to the inside of the hair cap.
