PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nitric oxide releasing particle for delivery of nitric oxide, and methods for use thereof in medical-biological and pharmaceutical applications.SOLUTION: Provided is a nitric oxide releasing particle consisting of a dendritic network containing a secondary amine group and a nitric oxide donor bonded to the secondary amine group. The dendritic network consists of polypropyrenimin dendrimer, polyamid (PAMAM) dendrimer, polyaryether dendrimer, polyester dendrimer, polyamid dendrimer, and dendritic polyglyxcerol； and the nitric oxide donor is diazeniumdiolate, nitrosoamine, hydroxylnitrosoamine, nitrosothiol, hydroxylamine, or hydroxylurea. The nitric releasing particle is effective for treatment of cancer, cardiovascular disease, microbial infection, or the like.【課題】酸化窒素を送達するための酸化窒素放出粒子、及びその医生物学的及び薬学的応用におけるこれらの使用法の提供。【解決手段】２級アミン基を含む樹木状ネットワーク及び該２級アミン基に結合した酸化窒素供与体から成る酸化窒素放出粒子。該樹木状ネットワークが、ポリプロピレニミンデンドリマー、ポリアミドアミン（ＰＡＭＡＭ）デンドリマー、ポリアリールエーテルデンドリマー、ポリペプチドデンドリマー、ポリエステルデンドリマー、ポリアミドデンドリマー、及び樹木状ポリグリセロールであり、また該酸化窒素供与体が、ジアゼニウムジオレート、ニトロソアミン、ヒドロキシルニトロソアミン、ニトロソチオール、ヒドロキシルアミン、及びヒドロキシウレアである、癌、心臓血管疾患、及び微生物感染等の治療に有効な酸化窒素放出粒子。【選択図】なし
