PURPOSE: A sensor for cancer tissue detection and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to monitor presence and state of a cancer tissue in real time by measuring electric signal change between electrodes through a needle electrode.CONSTITUTION: A needle electrode part is formed in a substrate. The needle electrode part obtains an electric signal from a tissue. The electric signal is capacitance or conductivity. An output part outputs the electric signal obtained from the needle electrode part. The diameter of a needle of the needle electrode part is 1micrometer to 1.5mm. The length of the needle of the needle electrode part is 10micrometer to 30mm. The interval between electrodes of the needle electrode part is 1micrometer to 3mm.
