PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier material in which the penetration of penetration components such as drug components can be started after the passage of a prescribed time, and a packaging container using the same.SOLUTION: In the slow-releasable barrier material, permeation components start to penetrate after the passage of a prescribed time. The slow-releasable barrier material comprises a polyglycolic acid-based resin with the weight-average molecular weight of &ge70,000.
