It is characterized in comprising a suction pad (12) placed on the feeding channel (14), which prevents damage to the upper palate of the infant by inflating during use and can be extinguished again after use, an inflation device (10) for inflating and re-inflating said suction pad (12), at least one air channel (11) that allows air transmission between the said inflation device (10) and the suction pad (12).L'invention concerne un cathéter d'alimentation (1) comprenant un canal d'alimentation (14) destiné à l'alimentation orogastrique (s'étendant de la bouche à l'estomac) de bébés nés avant le terme, pour délivrer des nutriments à l'estomac du nourrisson, et un tube d'alimentation (13) pour l'injection des nutriments dans ledit canal d'alimentation (14).
