The housing (1) is divided into a vertical segment (11) and a horizontal segment (12) that is located at the middle part of the vertical segment (11) and connected to the vertical segment (11). A hollow rubber plug (2) is provided within the vertical segment (11). One semi-rigid rubber plug inner core (3) is plugged and fixed at the upper part of the hollow rubber plug (2). A partition (21) supporting the rubber plug inner core (3) is provided at the middle part of the hollow rubber plug (2). A sealed structure is formed between the outer wall of the top part of the hollow rubber plug (2) and the inner wall of the upper part of the vertical segment (11). The hollow rubber plug (2) separates the vertical segment (11) from the horizontal segment (12). The bottom part of the hollow rubber plug (2) and the bottom part of the vertical segment (11) are fixed therebetween via a hollow spacer (4) located within the housing (1).
