The present invention relates to an integrated injection container set of a hollow cylindrical communication type. According to the present invention, a circular cap having a semi-annular ring is installed at an upper end portion of a medicine container to be connected to a stand support so as to fix an integrated injection container set. Also, in a state that a plurality of semi-circular grooves are vertically formed in an outer diameter portion of a cylinder forming a lower end portion of the medicine container to be fastened to a plurality of semi-circular protruding rings vertically formed in an inner diameter portion of a circular coupler fused to an upper end portion of an infusion container in a male and female sliding method, an open semi-cylinder is installed on an outer diameter surface of the cylindrical coupler, such that an accident of arbitrarily communicating and mixing the medicine container and the infusion container due to careless handling is prevented.
