The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a mineral concentrate composition, a mineral concentrate composition and mineral water manufactured thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a mineral concentrate composition, a mineral concentrate composition and mineral water manufactured thereby, which can reduce manufacturing costs by using natural rocks or natural minerals, and include various minerals, thereby being used in drinking water, beauty water, wastewater purified water or agricultural water. The manufacturing method of a mineral concentrate composition comprises: a step (a) of pulverizing the natural rocks or the natural minerals, and forming fine powders； a step (b) of adding an acidic substance and water to the formed fine powders to form a mixture； a step (c) of heating the mixture, and forming a metal ion solution； a step (d) of leaving the metal ion solution at room temperature, and removing a solid component by filtration； a step (e) of cutting a chain structure of water molecules in the metal ion solution by using an ultrasonic field, and forming a function ion coordination compound by reacting the cut water molecules with the metal ion； and a step (f) of filtering the function ion coordination compound solution, and removing the solid component.본 발명은 미네랄 농축액 조성물의 제조방법, 이를 이용하여 제조된 미네랄 농축액 조성물 및 미네랄수에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 천연암석 내지 천연광물을 사용함으로써 제조 단가를 낮출 수 있고, 다양한 미네랄을 포함함으로써, 음용수, 미용수, 오폐수 정화수 내지 농업용수 등의 용도로 사용 가능한 미네랄 농축액 조성물의 제조방법, 이를 이용하여 제조된 미네랄 농축액 조성물 및 미네랄수에 관한 것이다.
