The present invention provides a neural crest stem-like cell, the neural crest stem-like cell is derived from an adult somatic stem cell transfected with forkhead box (FOX) D3, and the present invention also provides a use of the neural crest stem-like cell in manufacturing a medicament for repairing neural deficit/injury.
