The present invention relates to a detachable type mixing joint for a syringe, capable of preventing physical properties from being changed or falling by using a lid, facilitating work by fixing the lid to a fixing groove, and easily mixing multiple discharged liquids or pastes by using a protrusion tip provided on the lid. The mixing joint for a syringe according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a joint body for receiving multiple different materials discharged from a syringe； an inverse-insertion preventing protrusion formed on one side surface of the joint body, and inserted into an inverse-insertion preventing groove formed in only a specific portion of the syringe to support a connect of the joint body and the syringe in only one direction； multiple discharge parts connected with the joint body and differentiating and discharging the multiple materials； a lid part having one end fixed to the joint body and the other end coupled with or separated from the multiple discharge parts upon rotation based on the fixed end to determine whether the multiple materials are discharged； and a mixing tip protruding on the end of the lid part to mix the multiple materials discharged from the multiple discharge parts. The materials are in a liquid or paste type. The joint body is detachable from the syringe. The diameter of each of the multiple discharge parts is determined depending on the mixing ratio of the multiple discharged materials.
