In the present invention, disclosed is a manufacturing method of a customized abutment, comprising the steps of combining a second coping material made by combining a second coping which is the same of a first coping with a copy fixture having the same data as an actual fixture with the impression area of the first engraving coping formed on an obtained impression body and scanning the same； removing the second coping from scanned images； and designing an abutment to be connected to the actual fixture where the designed abutment is used for manufacturing a patient-customized actual abutment, thereby reducing the time of manufacturing the abutment and leading to productivity improvement while manufacturing the patient-customized abutment.맞춤형 지대주(Abutment)이 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 맞춤형 지대주 제조방법은 채득된 인상체에 형성된 음각의 제1코핑의 인상 부위에 실제 식립체와 동일한 데이타 복제 식립체와 제1코핑과 동일한 제2코핑이 상호 결합된 결합물의 제2코핑을 결합하고, 스캔한 다음, 스캔된 영상에서 제2코핑을 제거한 후, 실제 식립체에 결합되는 지대주(Abutment)를 디자인 한다. 그리고, 디자인된 지대주를 이용하여 환자에 적합한 실제 지대주를 제조한다. 그러므로, 지대주의 제조 시간이 단축되어 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있음과 동시에 환자에 따른 맞춤형 지대주를 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
