In the method of diagnosis, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in patients with primary hypothyroidism through the use of replacement therapy with thyroid hormone it is establish the factors of the following groups: Group 1 - genetic and anthropometric factors, Group 2 - hormonal factors, Group 3 - lifestyle and eating habits, a group of 4 - Accompanying illnesses Group 5 - Medications and surgery. Also it is established the risk factors for osteoporosis and they are expressed in points, it is defined the degree of compensation of the primary hypothyroidism and it is expressed it in points, it is determined the duration of reception of preparations of thyroid hormones and it is expressed in points, it is determined the content of ionized calcium in the blood serum and it is expressed in points, it is set the severity of the clinical symptoms and it is expressed in points, the densitometry is carried out and then it is expressed in points. It is determined the integral index of the severity of osteoporosis in primary hypothyroidism according to a score.В способе диагностики, профилактики и лечения остеопороза у больных первичным гипотиреозом путем использования заместительной терапии препаратами тиреоидных гормонов устанавливают факторы следующих групп: группа 1 - генетические и антропометрические факторы, группа 2 - гормональные факторы, группа 3 - образ жизни и особенности питания, группа 4 - сопутствующие заболевания группа 5 - прием медикаментов и хирургические вмешательства. Также устанавливают факторы риска остеопороза и выражают их в баллах, определяют степень компенсации первичного гипотиреоза и выражают его в баллах, определяют продолжительность приема препаратов тиреоидных гормонов и выражают ее в баллах, определяют содержание ионизированного кальция в сыворотке крови и выражают его в баллах, устанавливают выраженность клинической симптоматики и выражают ее в баллах, проводят денситометрию и выражают ее в баллах.
