PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas mixing water producing device and a humidifying device that are each small sized and efficiently produces a gas mixing water and can easily control mixing rate of gas.
SOLUTION: A casing 6 where a conical fitting hole 7 with diameter that is gradually increased from one end to the other is formed is provided, a conical rotor 20 with a micro-gap S retained that is fitted into the hole 7 is also provided, small pitched irregularities 21 are formed on the outer periphery of the rotor 20, the casing 6 is provided with a liquid inflow channel 8 and a gas inflow channel 9 that communicate with a small diameter side of the hole 7 and an outflow channel 17 that communicates with the outer peripheral section on the large diameter side of the hole 7, and a motor 26 that rotates the rotor 20 is provided. In addition, an atomizing device 30 that supplies water in a water tank 2 to the channel 8, allows the gas mixing water flowing out of the channel 17 to flow into the tank 2, and atomizes the water in the tank 2 and jets the same to the outside is provided.
