CONSTITUTION: A hand dryer comprises: a motor fan(20) generating wind drying the hand； an ultraviolet ray LED(30) which is mounted in the surface and generates ultraviolet ray； a protective cover(40) which protects the hand drier from water drop falling from the wet hand, is made of transparent PMMA material, and forms a hand insertion space； a heater installed between the motor fan and protective cover； and a cover protecting parts.살균 기능을 부가한 핸드 드라이어가 개시된다. 개시된 핸드 드라이어는 사용자의 손을 내부로 넣을 수 있도록 형성된 개구부와 외부 공기를 흡입할 수 있게 형성된 흡입구가 구비된 커버와, 상기 흡입구 쪽에 설치되어 상기 흡입구로부터 상기 개구부 쪽으로 외부 공기를 보낼 수 있도록 구성된 모터팬을 가지는 건조 수단을 포함하며, 상기 커버의 내측에는 자외선 LED로 구성한 살균 수단이 설치되어, 손의 건조와 살균을 동시에 할 수 있다.
