PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tubular instrument which reduces a cost, facilitates selection work of the medical tubular instrument in a pre-surgery conference and a preparation of surgery, suppresses a decrease in efficiency of the surgery and the treatment, and can obtain an optimal shape on the site during the surgery and the treatment.SOLUTION: A medical tubular instrument 1 is formed into a tubular shape and is equipped with a tubular member 2 having at least a part on a distal end side that is inserted into the inside of a body. The tubular member 2 is formed of a shape memory alloy. A shape recovery temperature of the shape memory alloy constituting the tubular member 2 is higher than a temperature of human beings.
