PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter which can improve flexibility of a baloon reinforced with a reinforcing member, and a producing method thereof.SOLUTION: A baloon 14 of a catheter 10 has an internal layer 24 and an external layer 26 having the cylindrical shape and constituting a baloon wall with elastic stretchability. A reinforcing member 28 having a structure of cylindrical net is arranged between the internal layer 24 and the external layer 26. Axial aberration of the reinforcing member 28 for the baloon 14 is suppressed because a junction geometry 47 which joins the internal layer 24 and the external layer 26 partially through plural gaps 33 penetrating inside and outside surfaces of the reinforcing member 28 and is not fixed to the reinforcing member 28 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】補強部材で補強されたバルーンの柔軟性を向上させることができるカテーテル及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】カテーテル10のバルーン14は、弾力的伸縮性をもつバルーン壁を構成する筒状の内層24及び外層26を有する。内層24と外層26との間には、筒網状の構造をもつ補強部材28が配置されている。補強部材28の内外面を貫通する複数の隙間33を介して内層24と外層26とを部分的に接合し且つ補強部材28に固定されない接合構造47が設けられていることにより、バルーン14に対する補強部材28の軸方向のずれが抑制されている。【選択図】図2
