The present invention relates to a medical rubber stopper manufactured by using butyl rubber and fluorine rubber, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the fluorine rubber (B) is thermally fused on a surface of a leg part of the medical rubber stopper (10), such that fragments of the butyl rubber are prevented from dropping a medicinal solution without separate laminating coating. Moreover, the butyl rubber (A) with a low gas permeability is thermally fused on the upper part of the medical rubber stopper (100), which comes in contact with gas, and the fluorine rubber (B) with excellent ozone, heat, and chemical resistances is thermally fused on the surface of the lower leg part (20), such that the medicinal solution is prevented from being deteriorated. Moreover, the medical rubber stopper (100) is manufactured by an optimal forming condition to have proper flexibility, and the leg part (20) of the medical rubber stopper (100) is formed with a smooth slope towards the center of a rubber stopper body (10), thereby easily opening/closing the stopper.본 발명은 부틸고무 및 불소고무를 이용하여 제조되는 의료용 고무마개에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 의료용 고무마개(100)는 불소고무(B)를 레그부 표면에 융착시킴으로써, 별도의 라미네이팅 코팅 없이도 부틸고무의 부스러기가 약액으로 떨어지지 않게 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 의료용 고무마개(100)는 기체와 접촉되는 상부에 기체 투과성이 낮은 부틸고무(A)를, 하부 레그부(20) 표면에는 내오존성, 내열성, 내약품성이 우수한 불소고무(B)를 융착시켰기 때문에, 약액이 변성되는 것을 막을 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 의료용 고무마개(100)는 최적의 성형조건에 의해 제조되어, 적당한 유연성을 지니고, 고무마개(100)의 레그부(20)가 고무마개 몸체(10)의 중심을 향해 완만한 경사를 이루며 형성되기 때문에 마개를 열고 닫기 용이하다.
