To provide a vacuum-packed frozen fruit in which measures are taken to fill a gap between the fruit and a packaging sheet in a frozen fruit produced by wrapping a fruit of soft meat quality in the packaging sheet and being evacuated, and provide its production method.SOLUTION: A vacuum-packed frozen fruit comprises a soft fleshy fruit, a packaging sheet being evacuated and closely contacted with the fruit and being made of thermoplastic resin, and an elastic body for filling a gap between the fruit and the packaging sheet.
