The wearable element disposed on a body portion of a to-be-tested human and contacts a skin thereof. The optical monitoring module is disposed in the wearable element and comprises a driving controller, an optical sensor and at least one lighting element. After the light emitted from the lighting element transmitted through the skin and be reflected, the reflected light is received by the optical sensor, and the optical sensor generates a detection signal accordingly. The detection signal is converted to a health data information and then outputted. The air bag fixing assembly comprises a gas-gathering actuator and an elastic air bag. The gas-gathering actuator is disposed in the wearable element, and the elastic air bag is disposed on the wearable element.
