PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating and drying device with a mist sauna function achieving flexible mist spraying state and drying state and including a hot air blowout port.SOLUTION: The bathroom heating and drying device 1 with the mist sauna function can select drying operation for drying inside of a bathroom 2 by blowing out hot air from the hot air blowout port 3 while ventilating inside of the bathroom 2 and mist sauna operation for spraying water for mist sauna from a position near the hot air blowout port 3 toward inside of the bathroom 2. Mist nozzles 6 are provided near the hot air blowout port 3, and a movable louver controlling the orientation of the hot air is provided at the hot air blowout port 3.
