The elastic members 13 are adhered to the sheets 11, 12 in a stretched state. A connection part 14 is formed due to that the sheets 11, 12 are connected between the adjacent elastic members 13, 13. The plurality of connection parts 14 are formed along a direction crossing the extending direction of the elastic member 13, and make connection part rows 15.
