The present invention relates to a finishing cap which closes and blocks an outlet by being spirally connected to a connection sleeve of the front end of a syringe and, more specifically, to the finishing cap which closes and blocks the outlet (7) with a packing member (20) inside a cap body (10) by spirally joining a screw unit (11) of the cap body to a screw port (6). Loosening preventing protrusions (15) are protruding in all directions at equiangular positions of the circumference of a stepped portion (12) of the rear part of the cap body (10) closely adhering to the front end of the connection sleeve (5) of the syringe. An uneven portion (30) which locks the loosening preventing protrusions to prevent a screw of the cap body from being loosened when joining the screw to the cap body (10) is formed on the front end of the connection sleeve (5) so that the loosening of the screw of the finishing cap is prevented except for when a user does not forcibly release the finishing cap when joining the screw.
