The present invention relates to a complex combining repebody with a cell permeation domain and an anticancer protein drug, and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a repebody-anticancer protein drug conjugate having enhanced cell permeability in which the cell permeation domain and an anticancer protein drug with anticancer activity are combined with repebody or protein derivatives having the repebody as a basic framework; and a preparation method and use of the repebody-anticancer protein drug conjugate having enhanced cell permeability. According to the present invention, the repebody-anticancer protein drug conjugate having enhanced cell permeability is a repebody-anticancer protein drug conjugate in which a protein drug capable of selectively annihilating cancer cells only is combined with high substrate specificity and excellent tissue and tumor penetrating ability provided by the repebody and the cell permeation domain. The repebody-anticancer protein drug conjugate has an advantage that side effects can be minimized by exhibiting superior efficacy compared to the case when the repebody is used alone, and by having peculiar selectivity for a target cell compared to the case when the protein drug is used alone. Further, the repebody-anticancer protein drug conjugate is expressed in a soluble form in Escherichia coli such that the repebody-anticancer protein drug conjugate can be easily mass-produced at low costs, has advantages that the repebody-anticancer protein drug conjugate is thermodynamically very stable and has very excellent tissue penetration power, and is peculiarly combined with the target protein such that the repebody-anticancer protein drug conjugate is useful in annihilation of the target cell.본 발명은 리피바디(repebody)와 세포투과 도메인 및 항암 단백질 약물을 결합한 복합체 및 그 제조방법에관한 것으로, 상세하게는 리피바디 또는 리피바디를 기본 골격으로 갖는 단백질 유도체에 세포투과 도메인 및 항암 활성을 가지는 단백질 약물이 결합된 세포투과능이 향상된 리피바디-항암 단백질 약물 복합체, 그 제조방법 및 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세포투과능이 향상
