An aseptic work system comprises: first and second manipulation chambers, an aseptic work chamber, and a control unit. When an object is introduced into the first manipulation chamber, the control unit ventilates the first manipulation chamber more than a first predetermined number of times. When the object is conveyed from the first chamber to the second chamber, the control unit ventilates the second manipulation chamber more than a second predetermined number of times. The second predetermined number of times is greater than the first predetermined number of times.
