PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powdery cosmetics which can evenly be coated on a skin having a cosmetic collapse, and is excellent in reapplying makeup.SOLUTION: This problem is solved by being provided with the powdery cosmetics containing talc whose average friction coefficient (MIU) is not larger than 0.30. Preferably, a content of the talc whose average friction coefficient (MIU) is not larger than 0.30 is 20 to 50 mass% with respect to the total volume of the powdery cosmetics, and more preferably, the powdery cosmetics contain plate-shaped powdery bodies coated with polymers containing phosphorylcholine groups.
