The present invention relates to an implant with improved initial pinning force, aesthetics, and hygiene. An objective of the present invention is to provide an implant with improved initial pinning force, aesthetics, and hygiene which may reinforce an initial pinning force without forming a screw line in a part of a region making contact with a tooth body and a region buried in an alveolar bone, reduce foolery deposition when a tooth body is retracted, and allows a user not to feel a difference in a color between an implant fixing member and the tooth body although the tooth body is retracted by forming the region in which the screw line is not formed and the whole region in a tooth body color. According to the present invention, since the implant fixing member is formed with a tooth body color to retract the tooth body, although the implant fixing body is exposed to an outside, the same color as that of the tooth body color is represented so that the implant is natural without heterogeneity. Particularly, since a screw line is not formed at a top portion of the implant fixing member, the initial pinning force is reinforced. When the tooth body is retracted, dental plaque may be reduced.본 발명은 초기 고정력 및 위생과 심미성이 개선된 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 잇몸과 접촉하는 부위부터 치조골에 매식되는 부위의 일부분까지는 나사선을 형성치 않아 초기 고정력을 강화하고 잇몸 퇴축시에는 치태 침착이 감소되고 나사선을 형성치 않은 부분 혹은 전체를 잇몸색상으로 형성함으로써 잇몸이 퇴축되더라도 임플란트 고정체와 잇몸의 색상차가 느껴지지 않게 하여 초기 고정력 및 위생과 심미성이 개선된 임플란트를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.본 발명을 적용하면, 임플란트 고정체를 잇몸색으로 형성하여 잇몸이 퇴축되어 임플란트 고정체가 외부로 드러나더라도 잇몸색과 동일 색상을 발현하여 자연스럽고 이질적 심미감이 없다는 장점이 있으며, 특히 임플란트 고정체의 상단 소정부에는 나사선을 형성하지 않도록 하여 초기 고정력을 강화하고 잇몸 퇴축시에는 치태가 감소될 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
