PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for measuring respiration-related signals capable of measuring the electrocardiogram signals and respiratory conditions of a subject at the same time.SOLUTION: A respiration-related signal measuring system 1 comprise: a plurality of electrodes 11, 12, 13, an electrocardiogram signal processing device 14, and an analysis device 15. The electrocardiogram signal processing device acquires a first analog differential signal and a second analog differential signal through the plurality of electrodes, processes the signals, and generates a first lead electrocardiogram signal and a second lead electrocardiogram signal, the lead direction of the first and second lead electrocardiogram signals being orthogonal to each other. The analysis device acquires the first lead electrocardiogram signal and the second lead electrocardiogram signal, and applies a function conversion to the signals to generate an angle change value of the cardiac axis. Because there is a positive correlation between the main frequencies and respiratory frequencies of a body, the analysis device generates a cardiac axis angle change waveform based on continuous angle change values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検者の心電図信号と呼吸状態を同時に計測可能な呼吸関連信号の計測システム及びその計測方法の提供。【解決手段】呼吸関連信号の計測システム1は、複数の電極11,12,13、心電信号処理装置14及び分析装置15を含む。心電信号処理装置は、複数の電極により第1アナログ差動信号及び第2アナログ差動信号を取得して処理した後、リード方向が互いに垂直になる第1リード心電図信号及び第2リード心電図信号を生成し、分析装置は、第1リード心電図信号及び第2リード心電図信号を取得して関数変換を行うことで、心軸の角度変化値を得、連続的な角度変化値に基づいて、主な周波数と人体の呼吸周波数との間には正の相関関係があるため心軸の角度変化波形を生成する。【選択図】図1
