A new pharmaceutical formulation of a neurokinin-1 (NK-1) receptor antagonist suitable for parenteral administration comprising intravenous administration is disclosed herein. Also included are agents that include both an NK-1 receptor antagonist and dexamethasone sodium phosphate.
