The Implant which is designed in tapering screw form as shown in the Fig-1, has three different diameters (11, 12 & 13) respectively. Diameter of the implant at the coronal end (11), is lesser than the diameter at the body of implant which is represented as (12) in Fig- 1. The implant has a parallel form from the coronal end till the body of implant. From the body of implant, it tapers down to the apical end and forms the third diameter (13). There are also four small round channels (17) running along the body of implant, within the threads of implant, which are parallel to each other, will allow bone to grow within the implant. And near the coronal surface of the implant, square shaped abutment connecter space 41 will be present. The above said implant can vbe manufactured by 3D printing technology, which is most cost effective, and economical. The implant connector space (41) which will be in square shape provides anti-rotational stability for the crown (artificial tooth) which will be fixed to the implant after a while. Most important, Osseous interlink Dental implant will be manufactured by 3D PRINTING (3- Dimensional printing) by using Direct LASER Sintering technology, with Titanium or Titanium alloy. By this Way, the precession and accuracy of implant design are preserved and many shape & size of implant can be manufactured.
