SOLUTION: This walking assist device S includes a link mechanism 3 for bending and extending the knee joint of a user, a drive motor for actuating the link mechanism 3, a storage means 15 for storing a walking patten acquired by associating the movement of the knee joint in the walk with a rotation signal of the drive motor and a rotation speed control means 19 controlling the rotation of the drive motor based ON the walking pattern.
