PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a protruding height of a three-dimensional gather to prevent leakage and reduce a sense of discomfort. SOLUTION: A wearer is provided with gathered sheets 7 in which a plurality of elastic members 14 for loop portions are arranged along the longitudinal direction and at predetermined intervals in the width direction on both sides in the longitudinal direction on the skin contact surface side. A hollow loop-shaped three-dimensional gather 10 protruding toward the skin side of the body is formed. The elastic member 14 for the loop portion is composed of a bilateral elastic elastic member 15 arranged on both sides of the loop portion, and a plurality of intermediate elastic elastic members 16 arranged in the middle of the bilateral elastic elastic member 15. The separation distance B between the adjacent intermediate elastic elastic members 16 is made smaller than the separation distances A and C between the bilateral elastic elastic members 15 and the intermediate elastic elastic members 16 adjacent thereto. The length D of the section where the gathered sheet 7 is stretched by the intermediate elastic stretchable member 16 is made longer than the length E of the section where the gathered sheet 7 is stretched by the bilateral elastic stretchable members 15.
