Disclosed are tacrolimus formulations and methods for preparing the formulations that can rapidly increase the solubility of tacrolimus, reduce the rate of crystallization to enhance formulation stability and maintain its solubility, thereby improving bioavailability and oral absorption. Specifically, a method for producing tacrolimus fine particles is disclosed, which comprises spraying a coating solution in which a water-soluble polymer carrier and tacrolimus in a solvent is sprayed onto a solid particulate substrate.
