The present invention relates to a Bluetooth wireless transmission/reception type walking posture measurement device using an acceleration sensor. According to the present invention, horizontal movement of a posture of a human body during walking or running is processed into a signal based on a sense output value, and the signal is analyzed and compared after transmission. In a general way, an acceleration sensor is attached to a shoulder part, but is attached to the waist and both knee portions to extract detail information of a predetermined portion. In a method to attach the acceleration sensor on a central portion between the shoulders, left and right values are similar to each other when the backbone is correct, but a great magnitude value is appeared on a tilted side when the backbone is tilted to any one side. A method to attach the acceleration sensor to the central portion of the waist is used for measurement when the waist is not naturally moved due to a reason, such as lumbar disc, etc. A method to attach the acceleration sensor to the knee is used for detail measurement when a motion of a foot touching the ground is not natural due to an abnormal knee joint. Moreover, a switch to select X and Y axial signals of a sense unit is attached and used. The signal is inputted in a Bluetooth wireless transmission unit, and data with respect to a walking or running posture in accordance with an attachment position of left and right points is transmitted through a Bluetooth transmitter as two channels.
