A kit for use in revision shoulder arthroplasty has at least one revision glenoid component and a reamer for preparing a cavity in a glenoid. The revision glenoid component has a base component with a lip defining a first circular outer periphery and a bottom surface defining a second circular outer periphery. The reamer has a reamer portion shaped complementary to, and slightly larger than, the base component such that when a cavity is formed in the glenoid with the reamer, the base component fits within the cavity without being press-fit into the cavity.
