The present invention provides a device and a method of a portable biofeedback using sound, which can check a pelvic floor muscle relaxation whenever a user urinates, and allow the user to more easily exercise a pelvic floor muscle than a conventional visual exercise. The device of a portable biofeedback using sound comprises: an electromyogram sensing module including an adhesion pad which is detachably coupled to a skin of the human body and is composed of a pad shape, and an electromyogram sensor which is mounted on the adhesion pad so as to measure micro current of a skin muscle； and an output module transmitting the sound having different sizes based on a bio-signal detected from the electromyogram sensor of the electromyogram sensing module.본 발명은 소리를 이용한 휴대용 바이오피드백 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 소리를 이용한 휴대용 바이오피드백 장치는, 인체의 피부에 착탈 가능하게 결합되고 패드 형태로 이루어지는 점착패드와, 상기 피부 근육의 미세 전류를 측정할 수 있도록 상기 점착패드에 탑재되는 근전도 센서를 포함하는 근전도 센싱 모듈； 및 상기 근전도 센싱 모듈의 근전도 센서로부터 감지된 생체신호에 기초하여 서로 다른 크기의 소리를 송출시키는 출력 모듈；을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
