【Abstract】 The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases, wherein the pharmaceutical composition contains, as an active ingredient, a thiourea compound represented by the following Formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The thiourea compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to the present invention, reduces the activity of NF-kB that causes inflammatory diseases in a fibroblast-type synoviocyte and a mouse model of collagen induced arthritis, and effectively inhibits edema and pain. Thus, the composition of the present invention can be usefully used in preventing and treating inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies inflammatoires, la composition pharmaceutique contenant, en tant que principe actif, un composé thiourée représenté par la Formule 1 suivante ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. Le composé thiourée ou son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable, selon la présente invention, réduit l'activité de NF-kB qui provoque des maladies inflammatoires dans un synoviocyte de type fibroblastique et chez un modèle murin d'arthrite induite par le collagène, et inhibe efficacement l'œdème et la douleur. Ainsi, la composition de la présente invention peut être utilisée efficacement dans la prévention et le traitement de maladies inflammatoires, telles que la polyarthrite rhumatoïde.본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 티오우레아계 화합물 또는 이의 약학적 으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학 적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 티오우레아계 화합물 또는 이의 약학적 으로 허용가능한 염은 섬유아세포형 윤활막세포와 교원질 유도 관절염 마우스 모델 에서 염증성 질환을 유발하는 NF-κB의 활성을 감소시키고, 부종 및 통증을 효과적 으로 저해함으로써, 류마티스 관절염 등의 염증성 질환을 예방 및 치료하는 데 유 용하게 사용할 수 있다.
