A blade mount (220) configured to couple a blade (110) to a rotatable shaft (100), the blade mount comprising at least one engagement slot (232) configured to enclose at least a portion of the blade and at least one protruding member (236) disposed within the engagement slot to engage at least one alignment slot (160) disposed in the blade offset relative to a longitudinal centerline of the blade to secure the blade within the engagement slot responsive to insertion of the blade into the engagement slot.
