PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new means and method to effectively control a noxious organism that cannot be controlled or is difficult to be controlled because there is a case that cannot perform effective control respectively alone by the reason of the kind of an object noxious organism or the like, the differential effect by living characteristics or the like, and a resistant development or the like.SOLUTION: The use of flubendiamide and thiosultap or a salt thereof in combination can produce a significant synergistic control effect, even when each of the components is used in an amount in which a satisfactory control effect cannot be achieved when used singly.
