PURPOSE: A green laver insertion apparatus having fixed quantity dividing function is provided to enable users to insert green laver in the uniform thickness without tangling. CONSTITUTION: A green laver insertion apparatus comprises the following: a hopper(110) including a green laver outlet(111) and more than one anti-entanglement unit for evenly spreading green laver； a fixed quantity dividing unit(120) located on one inner bottom side of the hopper for dividing the green laver into the uniform amount； molding units(130) installed on the upper and lower sides of a green laver transferring container(400) moving on transfer units(200,300), for spreading and compressing the green laver to mold the green laver into a fixed shape and thickness； a speed reducing motor(123a) forming a sprocket on a shaft to transfer power to a rotating body； and an index drive(123g) with an output shaft transferring the power to the rotating body.본 발명은 파래의 투입장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 호퍼의 하부에 90°간격으로 간헐적으로 회전동작하는 파래의 정량분배기 등을 구비하여 파래의 공급시 정량만 분할 공급되도록 함으로써, 일정한 크기와 두께의 자반(파래를 말린 것)을 신속하고 용이하게 생산할 수 있도록 함은 물론 부패를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 정량 분할 기능을 갖는 파래의 투입장치에 관한 것이다. 구성은 길이 방향 한쪽 끝으로 파래 배출구가 형성되고, 내부에는 공급되는 파래를 고르게 펼쳐 엉킴을 방지하기 위한 하나 이상의 엉킴 방지수단을 형성한 호퍼와； 상기 호퍼의 하부 한쪽으로 위치하도록 형성되어 상기 호퍼를 통해 공급되는 파래를 정량 분할하는 정량분배기와； 상기 정량분배기의 하부에 형성된 물건을 연속적으로 이동?운반하는 운반수단을 따라 이동하는 파래 이송용기의 상부와 하부에 설치되어 상기 정량분배기로부터 정량으로 공급된 파래 이송용기 내의 파래에 공기를 공급하여 고르게 펼치고 가압하여 일정한 형태와 두께로 성형하는 성형기； 를 포함하여 이루어진다.
