An infusion device (100) comprising: an infusion base (105) having a perforation (104) extending therethrough, the perforation (104) having distal and proximal ends and including a projection (109) among them; a cannula (105) having distal and proximal ends, the proximal end of the cannula (118) having an internal diameter, with a flange (135) extending radially outwardly from the proximal end of the cannula (118), positioning the cannula (115) in the bore (104) such that the flange (135) is positioned adjacent to the projection (109); and a splint (120) having an insertion portion of the splint (122), which has an outer diameter that is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the proximal end of the cannula, and a tapered portion of the splint (125) that is extends from the splint insertion portion (122) with an increasing external diameter, the splint (120) being positioned in the bore (104) such that the splint insertion portion (122) and a portion of the splint tapered portion of the splint (125) are received at the proximal end of the cannula (118) and the flange (135) is compressed between the projection (109) and the tapered portion of the splint (125) to define a tight seal between the cannula (115) and the splint (120).Un dispositivo de infusión (100) que comprende: una base de infusión (105) que tiene una perforación (104) que se extiende a través de la misma, teniendo la perforación (104) extremos distal y proximal e incluyendo un saliente (109) entre los mismos; una cánula (105) que tiene extremos distal y proximal, teniendo el extremo proximal de la cánula (118) un diámetro interno, con una brida (135) que se extienden radialmente hacia fuera desde el extremo proximal de la cánula (118), posicionándose la cánula (115) en la perforación (104) de tal forma que la brida (135) se posicione adyacente al saliente (109); y una férula (120) que tiene una porción de inserción de la férula (122), que tiene un diámetro externo que es sustancialmente igual al
