In formula (I), X is H or C1-C3 alkyl, one of Y and Z is formula (I') and the other is H, OH, or formula (I"), wherein when Y is formula (I'), Z is formula (I"), and R1 to R13 are independently H or OH, and wherein R1 and R3 are not H at the same time, and R8 and R9 are not H at the same time.
