The method includes discriminating a frequency band corresponding to damaged hair cell region in accordance with preset algorithm, determining the frequency band corresponding to the damaged hair cell region as a target frequency band, and outputting an acoustic signal having given intensity to the target frequency band so as to stimulate the damaged hair cell region. Accordingly, hearing loss disease may be improved by using the acoustic signal.
