The present invention relates to a bird repelling apparatus for a utility pole. The bird repelling apparatus comprises: a body with an open top and an empty case inside thereof； a plate-like seating table which is deployed in one direction from a side of the body； a wire member disposed in a longitudinal direction of a seating plate in which a plurality of stripped wires having different poles are positioned in turns at equal intervals； a cover for covering an upper part of the body； a solar cell rotatably mounted on an upper part of the cover； a controller embedded in the body to connect wires of the wire member and the solar cell, and thus to control a voltage； and a coupling member in which an upper part is connected to a lower part of the body and the lower part is mounted to a cross arm of the utility pole.
