PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal capture device capable of forming a capture space with easy construction, the capture space making an animal easily enter thereinto and hardly escape therefrom, and facilitating capture work of an animal having entered into the capture space.SOLUTION: An animal capture device includes: a fence unit 10 erected on an installation face GL； a capture space 2 formed with the fence unit 10 surrounding the periphery and opening in an upper part； and an inclined plate unit 20 arranged in a vicinity of an upper edge of the fence unit 10. The inclined plate unit 20 includes: a smooth-plate like upper face part 22 extending from the vicinity of the upper edge of the fence unit 10 toward the capture space 2 side； and a smooth-plate like inclined part 23 extending obliquely downward from a vicinity of an edge 29 on the capture space 2 side of the upper face part 22 and reaching the fence unit 10. Formation of the generally flat upper face part 22 in an entrance edge of the capture space 2 makes a monkey, etc. enter into the capture space 2 easily. Formation of the inclined part 23 makes a monkey, etc. unable to climb to an upper part of the fence. Accordingly, escape is prevented and work of capturing a monkey, etc. by a worker is facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易な工事で動物が進入し易く脱出し難い捕獲空間を形成することができ、且つ捕獲空間に進入した動物の捕獲作業を容易に行うことができる動物捕獲装置を提供する。【解決手段】設置面ＧＬに立設される柵ユニット１０と、柵ユニット１０で周囲を取り囲まれて形成される上方が開放された捕獲空間２と、柵ユニット１０の上端近傍に設けられる傾斜板ユニット２０と、を有し、傾斜板ユニット２０は、柵ユニット１０の上端近傍から捕獲空間２側に向かって延在する平滑板状の上面部２２と、上面部２２の捕獲空間２側の端部２９近傍から斜め下方に延在して柵ユニット１０に達する平滑板状の傾斜部２３と、を有する。捕獲空間２の入口縁部に略平坦な上面部２２が形成されることにより、猿等が捕獲空間２の内部に進入し易くなり、傾斜部２３が形成されることにより、猿等が柵の上部に登れなくなり、脱出が阻止され、作業員が猿等を捕獲する作業が容易になる。【選択図】図３
