The present invention relates to a sheet-like substrate in which it is intended that each target zone to which two or more types of blends are respectively applied is assigned to the substrate. The substrate is formed from a nonwoven material. The volume density of the nonwoven material is from 0.01 g/cm 3 to 0.08 g/cm 3.
