PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-restoring agent for scalp, having an effect to penetrate to the deep part of the scalp and an effect for the sustained release of the component and developing high trichogenous effect, hair-growing effect and gray hair prevention effect.
SOLUTION: The hair-restoring agent for scalp is produced by including a stevia extract, a ceramide precursor, a ceramide and a blood flow increasing component in separate biocompatible nano-particles. The nano-particles are penetrated from the pore and the scalp surface to the deep part of the scalp to transport the hair growing components to the deep part of the scalp, and four kinds of hair-growing components having different action mechanisms can be slowly released from the nano-particles at the deep part of the scalp.
