PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide controlled release formulations containing ibuprofen and other amino group-containing compound, the formulations being controlled so that elution of the amino group-containing compound is not dependent on pH.SOLUTION: In order to achieve the above-mentioned subject, we found that when compounding organic acid or acidic amino acid with a controlled release formulation which contains ibuprofen and an amino group-containing compound, the controlled releasability of amino acid-containing compound is not affected by pH, and completed the invention.
