A scanning and control system (100) for a biopsy puncture needle, the system comprising a control portion (22), a light emitting portion (200), a camera (210), a light guide tube (3), a rotation portion (10), a cylinder (11), a gripper portion (12), a rotation handle (13), optical fibers (14), and a puncture portion (15). The gripper portion (12) has a lower portion connected to an upper portion of the cylinder (11). A lower portion of the cylinder (11) is connected to an upper portion of the puncture portion (15). The rotation portion (10) passes through the cylinder (11), gripper portion (12), and puncture portion (15). The rotation handle (13) is provided on two sides of an upper portion of the rotation portion (10). Both the cylinder (11) and the puncture portion (15) are provided with multiple fine tubes, and each of the fine tubes in the cylinder (11) corresponds to one fine tube in the puncture portion (15). Each of the optical fibers (14) passes through one of the fine tubes in the cylinder (11) and the fine tube in the puncture portion (15) corresponding to said fine tube in the cylinder (11). The light emitting portion (200) and camera (210) are electrically connected to the control portion (22). Two ends of the light guide tube (3) are connected to the optical fibers (14) and the light emitting portion (200), respectively.
